What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is a practical, neuroscience-based approach that blends talking therapy with gentle hypnosis. It draws on useful tools from CBT (like reshaping unhelpful thought patterns) and NLP (like positive visualisation and future-focused language) to help you regain control of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, all without dwelling on the past or reliving trauma.

I guide clients towards making real, lasting changes that work in everyday life, helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

Session Fees & Booking

  • Initial Consultation: Free, 35–50 minutes (online)

  • Standard Sessions: £70 for 50–60 minutes

How to book:

  1. After your free consultation, you can arrange your sessions directly with me.

  2. Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance by bank transfer or via my secure Stripe payment link.

  3. If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly until we reach a natural conclusion. Your comfort and pace are my priority, you decide how long we work together.

    Online Sessions via Google Meet. Perfect if leaving the house is difficult right now, your schedule is busy, or you live further away. Online sessions are just as effective as face-to-face.
