Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified). Sessions are gentle, flexible, and shaped around how your brain works best — with no pressure to mask or explain yourself.
You don’t need to have a diagnosis or a “perfect” reason to start, if something feels off or heavy, that’s enough.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I keep it simple and friendly. All new clients begin with a free, no-pressure online consultation via Google Meet.
Sessions are typically 50 - 60 Minutes long
In Person Sessions
If you prefer a face-to-face connection, you’ll find me at The Clifton Practice in Bristol. It’s a calm, supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and focus fully on yourself without distraction.

Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating physical health challenges, or finding it hard to leave the house right now, online sessions make support accessible wherever you are. They’re highly effective and give you the flexibility to show up in your comfies and still get the support you need.

Please note, In-person block bookings are £430.
Block bookings include a small saving and can be a great way to stay consistent and build momentum. Everyone’s journey is different though, so booking a block doesn’t guarantee a specific result by session six. Many clients work with me for around 14 sessions, and some choose to continue for longer based on their goals.
*Some of my neurodivergent clients feel they benefit most from 90 minute sessions. If you feel you’d benefit from a longer session, we can absolutely talk about that. Extended sessions are available by agreement and are charged at a reduced rate for the additional time.
