
My Story
I discovered hypnotherapy after years of struggling with anxiety and OCD. Traditional therapies and medication hadn’t ever helped much, I felt stuck in cycles of endless talking without real change. Then I found solution-focused hypnotherapy, and it genuinely transformed my life. That experience inspired me to retrain as a Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, because I wanted to help others find the same relief and freedom.
Before hypnotherapy, I spent eight years in Learning and Development for one of the UK’s largest energy companies. That time gave me a passion for helping people grow and equipping them with tools they can actually use in everyday life.
Alongside working with my own clients, I also support future hypnotherapists through Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), helping shape therapists across the UK and Ireland.
Where I Can Help Most
While I work with a wide range of clients, I particularly enjoy supporting neurodivergent humans, helping them recognise patterns and build tools that work for them.
I also love helping clients with anxiety, stress, burnout, OCD, low confidence, and life’s big transitions, guiding them toward clarity, calm, and lasting change.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll usually find me exploring Bristol’s trails with my husband and our dog Persy, or catching up with friends over good food. I’m happiest on cosy autumn evenings, curled up under a blanket with hot chocolate, a good book, or the latest TV series.
Life at home is lively - I share it with my husband, two cats, a dog, and a lizard. They bring me joy and keep me grounded, which I carry into my work with clients.
