I came to hypnotherapy through my own experience of anxiety and OCD. After years of feeling stuck in talk therapy - understanding why I felt the way I did but not actually feeling different - I discovered Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy.
It was the first time I experienced real, practical change. I felt calmer. Clearer. More in control.
That shift changed everything for me, and it’s what led me to retrain so I could offer the same kind of support to others.

Who I Work With
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, burnt out, or like they’re constantly coping on hard mode.
Many of the people I support are neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified) — including those with ADHD or autistic traits — and have spent years masking, pushing through, or feeling misunderstood.

I trained with the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training and qualified in 2024 with over 250 client hours.
I’m fully accredited by the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), fully insured, and hold an Enhanced DBS, so you can feel confident you’re in safe, professional hands.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me out exploring Bristol’s trails with my husband and our dog Persy, curled up reading with a hot chocolate, or spending time with our lively crew of pets.
Life isn’t about being perfectly calm all the time, it’s about having the tools to navigate it when it gets messy. That’s something I care deeply about, both professionally and personally.
