My Story

I found Hypnotherapy after struggling with anxiety and OCD for decades. I’d been through traditional therapies, tried medication, talked (and talked and talked)… but I was stuck. Nothing really shifted until I found solution-focused hypnotherapy. It genuinely changed my life. That experience inspired me to retrain - because I knew I wanted to help others find the same relief and freedom.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent eight years working in Learning and Development for one of the UK’s biggest energy companies. That time gave me a real passion for helping people grow and equipping them with tools they can actually use in everyday life.

These days, alongside working with my own clients, I’m proud to help support the next generation of hypnotherapists through Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) – a brilliant organisation that’s shaping future therapists across the UK and Ireland.

Outside the Therapy Room

When I’m not helping clients untangle their busy minds, you’ll usually find me out exploring Bristol’s trails with my partner and my dog Persy , or catching up with friends over good food (preferably with a side of dessert). I’m happiest on cosy autumn evenings, curled up under a blanket with a hot chocolate, a good book, or the latest TV series.

Life at home is lively — I share it with my partner, two cats, a dog, and a lizard! It’s a noisy little crew, but they bring me so much joy (and keep me very grounded).
