Online Sessions – If getting out of the house feels like a mission, your calendar’s packed, or you’re miles away from Bristol, online sessions are a great fit. They’re just as effective as meeting in person, and you can join from wherever you feel most at ease — bedhead and comfy clothes welcome.

In-Person Sessions – If you prefer face-to-face connection, you can find me at the lovely Clifton Practice in Bristol. It’s a warm, friendly space where you can press pause and focus fully on you.
