Online Sessions – Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating physical health challenges, or just finding it hard to leave the house right now, online sessions make support accessible wherever you are. They’re just as effective as in-person therapy, giving you the flexibility to show up in your comfies and still get the support you need.
In-Person Sessions – If you prefer a face-to-face connection, you’ll find me at The Clifton Practice in Bristol. It’s a calm, supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and focus fully on yourself without distraction.
